Withdrawal requests can be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible. There are no withdrawal fees charged by rpk55; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees.

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the circumstances and communicate our decision. If termination is deemed appropriate, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after verification.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent and irreversible. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your Account. Any unclaimed funds remaining 90 days after closure will be forfeited.
Accounts closed due to responsible gaming concerns (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and cannot be reversed on player request during the cooling-off period.
